I understand that you found an encrypted account number and want to know if you can use that. I am not sure what kind of number you found but you would need to use your email address. Your email address is unique and it is linked to your PayPal account. In order to receive payments you will need to use the email address in a website or provide this to the buyer. We do not work with an account number.
