Website bug: Upload and send your documents

OK I am trying to change the contact name for a nonprofit group's Paypal account.  They want me to upload some docs.  I tried doing this, several times, and keep getting this meaningless "! [object Object]" message.  Sounds like a bug.  I am doing this from the most recent Firefox on Windows 11.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to upload the documents to update the contact name.
