We can't confirm that it is you. Google Authenticator problem.

How would I fix sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you?

I need help logging in into my actual account. This is just a secondary account so that I can asked this question. After I added a two-authenticator to my phone, my account immediately began to be like this. I did try everything and also changing my password for email confirmation and still nothing worked.
Can you help with this concern? I want to connect to an actual agent in the calls but only pre-recorded instructions are just give which isn't helpful at all.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
