I'm trying to withdraw funds from an app called Toloka into my PayPal acct & it's saying my wallet isn't verified...help plz?

I'm using my Paypal account to withdraw funds from the Toloka app but I can't withdraw since my Paypal wallet is not verified. I have been using my Paypal account since 2020 and withdrawing funds from different apps I work with didn't have this problem. How can I fix this? I don't have a bank account in any bank as of now so I don't know how to fix this.
