The option to see your friends and family has disappeared on my PayPal account

I no longer see the option to send money friends and family. What do I need to do to get this option back up and going again?

Should be on your account but sometimes if paypal think you are using that option to pay for goods/services OR receive payments for goods/services then they may remove it?

If its a mistake then reach out to customer services to see what has happened?
