Signing over rescue account

Hi I run a cat rescue, our rescue PayPal account is in another person's name who is leaving us. Are we able to remove her name and sign it over to another team member or do we need to open another one please?

The fastest is to open a new account but you can change the contact name by going to Account Setting > Account Holder Information > Name > Change

Need to provide these docs by upload or postal mail:

1. Photo ID

   You can use your driver's license, passport, or any other government issued photo ID.

2. Document on your business letterhead

   Include the primary email address, current name, address, and phone number on the PayPal account. Provide the new business contact name and the reason for the change.

3. New business contact's SSN

   Provide a copy of the Social Security card or a pay stub that shows the SSN.
