Problem with two factor security

hi, since I activated the two-factor security I can no longer use the Paypal APP, only from the browser, I have an Iphone 12 with update 15.6.1 ..... has this already happened to someone? Do you have a solution? The assistance didn't know how to solve the problem

I've had the same when using a Vodafone SIM... It was resolved by turning off 2FA or connecting via Wifi
