Problem with account

Good evening! Today I registered an account on PayPal, confirmed my bank card, but I can’t verify my account any further. When I click on the link from the FAQ to verify my identity, a window pops up with the message "Thank you for providing all the required information. You're all set, and your account is back to normal.". That is, in theory, the account is fully verified and ready to use, but when I try to pay for purchases on the Battlenet with it, an error pops up. Please tell me what did I do wrong?

It sounds like this may be an error on the merchant's side. This error would not typically appear if you have an account limitation. If you don't see a notification at the top of your PayPal webpage stating "Your account is limited" then it's likely your account access has been restored.
