Problem adding address due to company location

my company is in switzerland and i want to add swiss address and phone but only america is shown in the options

Then it sounds as if you have opened a U.S paypal account by mistake instead of clicking on the drop down box and scrolling down to open a paypal account in your country.

You need to close the U.S one if you can removing anything you added then click to register and scroll down to your country (U.S is the default option at the top as Paypal is a U.S company).
