Welcome to the PayPal Community! It sounds like you're running into some issues getting into your account - is that right? If so, I'd recommend trying the following steps after clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page:
- Click "Contact Us"
- Click "Password and account access"
- Click "Login problems"
- And then follow the options to troubleshoot logging into your account, or follow the options to contact Customer Support.
