Personal or Business account?

Hi, 

I own an app on the app store. I want to start rewarding app users with points that can be converted to micro transactions with PayPal ($5 Max). 

I am not sure what account type to use. This isn't personal transfers since I do not know the people I am sending the money to, and with the business account, I cannot create an account because I need to register my business with the ASIC.  

 

 

Can I just make these payments with a Personal account? I plan to do about 40 payments per week.
