My name in my PayPal is wrong, so I try to change my name, I submitted my ID, They did change my name, but they put my last name in my middle name, so I changed it again, now they put my middle name in my first name, I cannot link my gcash account because it has a different name,
I would contact them directly to have them correct it, you may get an agent with a brain cell !!

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in)....... best option. 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out). 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
