Has anyone else been spammed by papal sending (265 receipts in my case) for a purchase last week? It totally blocked my email they just kept coming. Paypal (after a tortuous 10 minute convo') finally admitted there is a tech' glitch which could take a week to resolve. She confirmed that other paypal users were having similar issues. Can anyone here tell me if that is the case. I wont use paypal again until they have resolved this.
