Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post! If you'd like, there is an option to opt out of PayPal physical mails. In your notification settings, there should be an option to stop receiving letters via mails (a small box, uncheck it), and by clicking the right option through which you would like to receive the notifications like text or email.
