If I were to receive money via the family/friend system, would the fees be higher or lower than receiving money via selling?
(Keep in mind that both prices are be the same)

Friends / family payments would be free as the sender pays any fees normally BUT only if they fund that payment via a credit card, if they use their bank account then its free.
However you are not allowed to sell and recieve payments from buyers that way as its against Paypal rules, if you do so then you risk your Paypal account being permanently limited.
Whilst your buyer would lose buyer protection and not be able to open a Paypal dispute if they funded their Paypal payment via a credit card then they could do a chargeback via their card issuer and you would lose out as you would have no seller protection because you accepted a f/f payment.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
