My logo shows up on my invoices, but does not show up when I print a packing slip. I have to add the logo manually every time I want to print a packing slip. How do I get the logo on my packing slips so I don't have to do it each time I want to print?
Try reuploading your logo in account settings and your Invoicing settings. That worked for me with my personal account that was behaving this same way. It used to displayed a box with a question mark as place holder coz the image can’t be loaded.
