Sorry to hear that you're not able to access your account. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to access your PayPal account. If you are trying to log in through the mobile app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this works. Also, please make sure you are logging from a secure location and avoid using any VPN’s or Proxy Servers.
