Has anyone found a solution as to why it says there is a problem with my account when I try to like my PayPal to my Google play store. I have a card linked and everything. And my resolution as re says I have no issue on my account and I don't know what the problem is.

paypal is the problem and always the problem. nothing works most of the time.
