I have an old Paypal account opened about 13 years back when I was working in Netherland. I left Netherland after completing assignment in 2012 and closed Netherland bank account and Netherland Mobile number linked to this account.
This paypal is linked to my primary Gmail account but I am not able to access as paypal is sending second level security code to my NL old mobile number. How to access or Delete this paypal account. I can still access my Gmail. I called several time to Help center but unable to get any solution.
Log out of all accounts first.
https://www.paypal.com/nl/smarthelp/contact-us
Click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option on the bottom.
Click Message us without logging in link if using the Message Us option.
Otherwise, click “call us as guest” if you clicked the Call us option.
Give the gmail account email address of course as it’s the account you want to access.
