Linking Capitec Debit Card to Paypal

I am trying to link my Capitec Global One card to my Paypal , so I can use it to buy items online but also to withdraw PayPal money into from Donations, etc from streaming. When I try link the card, it says the Card Number is too short (Its a mastercard brand). 

Also, when I try a different card, it says it can only withdraw using FNB (when I try set up an account, it says my ID already exists). 

Please advise

Thank you ...unfortunately FNB is giving me hassles.
