Link card

My card wont link on my PayPal but it's linking to another PayPal

Can only use a card on x1 paypal account at a time.

I am aware , what am saying is that for some reason it is not linking on my own PayPal but it's linking only on my friend PayPal account.. I deleted the card and everything from my friends PayPal.. I even made a new PayPal account same error but to my friend PayPal no error it goes through
