Can't link this acct 2 JVZoo, keeps telling me it requires an active and verified PayPal account. Is it telling me I don't have a paypal account all this time i have been using this account.... Do you think i was hacked??? do i need to make a new account?? do it now or is it my email is comp

Have you linked a bank account to verify your PayPal account? Perhaps you need to be manually verified by CIP:
