Language of paypal.me pages

I have a paypal.me page for payments from non-EU countries. Using https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/account/accountPreferences I set the language to 'English', but to me and others the page still apears in Dutch only, without an option to change the language, and even though my browser (Edge) is set to use 'English' as preferred language. Why? And how can I change this?
Those Dutch texts make the page worthless, as it was meant to enable payments from other countries.
BTW, I don't even know why 'Dutch' is apparently used by Paypal as 'my language'; what is it that makes my account a 'Dutch account'?

I see you're looking to update the language in your PayPal.me page for payments. As you have already updated your preferred language in your profile, you would be able to access the pages in your preferred language. For this case, I suggest you to reach out to PayPal Support to get this checked further. You can find the contact options to reach the team here.
