Hi, Good Day!
I would like to change my Name in the Account. I already forwarded the documents that they asking for and haven't received any reply from PayPal. Instead of my Middle initial I would like to removed that and add the continuation of my name which is missing "John".

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
