I want to close my account. Paypal says I can't because I have a preapproved payment which is a subscription due next February. I have followed the instructions but there is no "My preapproved payments" section to cancel it on.
Check if you had a subscription set up. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
