I want to close PayPal business account. Assistant says there's technical error. It says 'Confirm Your Identity' all the time. And I click Yes, and it's all set. And it repeats, repeats, repeats and repeats.v
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
