I set up authenticator, but it is not working and I cannot login into my paypal account.

Hello,

 

So I decided to make a 2-step login, to protect my account more.

I did everything what was told, set it up on phone.

Now phone did updates and I cannot log in into my paypal account.

 

How I can log in into my account to set up 2-step verification again or disable it ?

This is second account created only to be able to write to forums.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to access your account to update 2-Step Verification. Here's how to set up for 2- step verification for your mobile phone:

 

Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
Click Security near the top of the page.
Click Set Up to the right of "2-step verification."
Choose how you’ll get your code by selecting "Use an authenticator app."
Click Set it Up and follow the steps on the screen.

 

You can only try the steps by logging to your account through the browser and not through the PayPal App. You can find more details about setting up 2-Step Verification in this Help Center article. If the login issue persists, please reach to PayPal Support team via call. You can find the number by clicking the 'Contact Us' option and then the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. you will see "Call Us" option at the bottom of the page during working hours.
