I have a SRL Romanian company but I am a Ghana resident / citizen. Can my company use paypal

I am director of Romanian SRL (equivalent to LLC) company. I am a Rumanian citizen residing in Ghana and all the share holders are Ghana citizens/ residents. Can the company use paypal services?

No. Using PayPal from a country not on the permitted countries list is a restricted activity.

“Restricted Activities

In connection with your use of our websites, your PayPal account, the PayPal services, or in the course of your interactions with PayPal, other PayPal customers, or third parties, you will not:

• Access the PayPal services from a country that is not included on PayPal's permitted countries list;”

Well perhaps  I was not clear. The company I want to use paypal from is a Romanian company registered in Bucharest (Euro country). Romanian entities are permitted to use paypal. Does the fact that the share holders of the company live in Ghana change that?

Paypal is neither available or supported in Ghana and you should not be using another countries paypal account.

If the business is registered in Romania then the person using the account and running it should be in Romania.
