Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

then I tried to call and there was no customer service number
then I contacted them on face book and no one was available to reply in the past 24 hours
then I tried twitter and no one replies
then I sent an email and no one replied
then I made this topic and no one from the staff replied
I cant contact anyone from the customer service. it used to be simple but they made it insanely hard especially with that automated chat assistant. the worst a i if it was even an a i.
What I want is someone from the customer service to reply to me
I've given you all the contact options for customer services, if you can't reach them using one of the 5 options given then not a lot else i can do about it unfortunately.
Why don't you say why you need them and we may be able to advise?

I have the same problem, I am suffering from that for 1 week almost...
once I tried the "message us" button from the help center and it worked, but this was only once... after that I am still struggling ... and my account is limited, and I am losing money because of that!
