I am from Angola and I usually use chrome Browser. Recently I did open my Paypal Account, I have not done any transaction yet but I have received a message telling that my account was permantely limited and I cannot do any kind of transaction. I tried to close my account but it is not possible. What can I do?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
