I can’t login

I can’t login to my account. I have the passwords, email and everything. But when i log into my PayPal account, it saya “there’s some unusual activity”, then it asks me to confirm my email (proceeds to send the code there), asks me to type in my credit card number (which i did) and lastly sends code to my phone number (which i received and filled). Then after filling in all of these things, a box prompted out asking me to change my password, and I did. However, after changing my password and being asked to log in again, it still says “there’s some unusual activity” and i’ll have to redo the first steps until the last step (changing password), and i’ve done it for over 10 times. Browser used: Firefox Phone App used: tried on both my samsung and iphone Please help me

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
