I can't login on any web browser

I can't log in to my PayPal account on any browser.

When I type in my login credentials the next page asking me which authentication method I want to choose, and it doesn't matter which I choose (mobile app, text message, call) I always get the message that something went wrong on PayPal side and I should try again later.

The mobile app works without any issue though.

Never mind, right after I posted the question I found out that the issue my dark mode happened to be.
