I can't access to my account

After I successfully login with my email and password, it is showing "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you". How can I solve it to get in my account?

Firstly are you in Cyprus? Only some account holders in a country where paypal is not supported try and use a Cyprus paypal account.

Secondly do you have a mobile phone linked to your paypal account and registered in your name.

Lastly are you using a VPN?
