I can not get my business account back.

Dear People, I hope you are in good health.

Yesterday I had a problem with PayPal. Namely, I can not get my business account back.

My company is located in US, WY.
I am currently in North Macedonia.
Yesterday I changed my password and turned on 2-FA. Normally, PayPal logged me out to log in again and generate a new password and a new 2-FA setup. Unfortunately, the login from that moment is unsuccessful. I have tried to log in more than fifty times, but it has always failed. I tried to retrieve it via Forgot Password / Forgot E-mail, but as the only option to retrieve the account it gives me the phone number, which my company no longer uses.
If possible, I will provide all my personal data and all data from my company, including EIN, IRS, Accounting Number, Routing Number, etc.

Yesterday I wrote a message on Twitter on PayPal Support, and as a final conclusion I had the option to call the phone number. But since I'm overseas right now, I could not risk and pay a huge amount for the call. If there is any other way than calling, please let me know.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.

Also you can't receive Paypal payments in Macedonia unfortunately.
