I am trying to authenticate my new phone's number on my account, because my old phone is no longer in service (or in one piece...) but no matter how many times I choose "Resent Authentication Message" my phone does not receive any text messages from Paypal. I'm wondering if I might have accidentally blocked the number on my new phone somehow, so can someone tell me what the phone number of that automatic messenger is so that I can go through my list of blocked numbers and see if it is in there? Thank you in advance!

Hi @KittiLumpo
Thank you for your post. If you are not receiving the code (text), it could be because your phone is filtering out some text messages. We recommend that you contact your mobile service provider to make sure that your phone accepts all text messages. If you have the wrong phone number on your PayPal account, you may not be able to log in. Contacting our PayPal customer support directly is the best way to fix this problem.
Thanks
