Hi community members!
I created my personal PayPal account yesterday and googled how to verify my account.
Some researches told me I should find the "Get Verified` button on the account/overview page but I couldn't find it. I think it's on old versions of PayPal if I'm not wrong.
The problem is I can't find how to get into the verification process.
I just linked my Visa card to PayPal because I don't have a US bank.
Here go some questions:
1. Can my account get fully verified with just my credit card? We are not allowed to have US bank accounts.
2. Can I send and receive money using PayPal balance after my credit card gets verified?
3. Where can I find the verification status of my personal account?
4. I can't change my timezone. I'm in UTC-4 but it shows PST.
