How to solve this issue and close personal Account?

Hello Everyone, around 2 weeks ago
I wanted to close my PayPal account
I had talked with Paypal Assistance team, applied documents
for identity verification, and received message that my identity is confirmed but
once again I requested to delete my account and after few days received message saying something still wrong in the account contact support
The steps for verification later, had mentioned that my account is back to normal.
I do have a low balance 0.51$ left on Paypal, but I am not able to transfer it because its very low, and transcation fee is high as well

what to do?? how can i delete my data and close my account?

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

If there is a balance on the account, you would not be able to close the account on your own. If you have no limitations on your account, you may be able to send or withdraw the amount, and then close the account. If you are unable to do so or there are further issues, please contact Customer Service. You can find your contact options if you click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.

Have you tried getting a mate or family member to 'send' you enough to pay the fee and withdraw the funds OR send them back the higher amount. Yes you may well pay fees (if you don't have the friends/family option in your country) but it may help you close your account?
