How to convert my business account to personal account?

I'm very new to the PayPal. When I did signup for pay-pal I was sneaking around all the options available and I did signup for business account as well.

Till the time I realize and i wanted to close business account I got some money credited into the account by a known person. Now that money is on HOLD.

I want to convert the business account to personal account. And I also would like to know, after conversion is done what will happen to the money that's on hold.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
