How to access money from paypal account which has been locked?

My sister transferred money to my paypal account I can’t get access to. I have another account which is currently active. How can I access the money she sent me on the old account? Can it be transferred to the new paypal account I currently use?

If you still have access to that email address then try and add and verify it on your new paypal account to see if the funds will show up. You can have up to 8 email addresses on the x1 paypal account.

You need to contact your sister and ask what it says in their paypal accounts either:
1. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
2. Pending / Unclaimed.
3 Completed.

If its:
Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.

Ask them to cancel the payment but tell them that it will take a few days to go back to their funding source. 

Pending / Unclaimed.

If there is no cancel option then they should get their money back automatically 30 days after paying.

Completed.

If its completed then come back for more advice.
