How do I turn off daily spam emails from Paypal?

I am not subscribed to any emails or notifications from Paypal.  Today I received this exciting offer, "Get $5.00 off at Overstock.com".  Yet I received daily marketing spam.  There is no way to unsubscribe since I am already unsubscribed.  Please, how do I turn this off?

If you don’t want to see customized ads, you can opt-out of interest-based advertising by companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) at the DAA’s Choice Page, located at http://www.aboutads.info/choices. You'll still see ads, but they won't be tailored to your interests.

Looks like there’s no way to turn it off.
