I have 'managed' my cookie choices and do NOT want to allow personalized add cookies. Paypal will not stop nagging me to accept peronalized add cookies, and this continual nag covers up enough of my screen to make interaction and completing transactions frustrating. How do I stop the nag without accepting personalized add cookies?
