How do I find and delete my old email address? I can’t find a list in my account so I can delete the old one! Paypal is no help, their bot just asks me if I want to delete my new email address. And there does not seem to be a customer service phone number for Paypal anymore. And no live agents to help with questions! Help! I need to access my old account statements and now I can’t get them!
Go and click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > click on the + and add another/new email address first > verify it > go back and click on update and tick the box underneath that says make primary > then you should get the remove option by the old now no longer primary email. You can remove that one or leave it on as you can have up to 8 email addresses on the one paypal account.
