How do I change from a business account to a personal account please?

Hi All, I used to use my account for business but no longer do so wondering if its possible to change it back please? Thanks

Just reach out to customer service to downgrade to personal account:

1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us

2. Scroll down to click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option after the “Common Issues” section.
