I registered my Paypal account while I was in Zimbabwe about 10yrs ago, moved to the US and updated my cell number but not country. Now I t seems I cant access Request money profile. Someone in Norway is trying to send me money and gets error that I cant receive money. How can I update that on my profile?
You are lucky that Zimbabwean PayPal accounts cannot accept payments so the money isn’t stuck in your Zimbabwean account.
You’ll need open a US PayPal account to accept payments but first you’ll need to close the Zimbabwean account to release your current cell phone number for use with your new U.S. PayPal account.
