Sincerely Sir I am a Bangladeshi citizen Sir in all the countries of the world PayPal account opening rules are in place but in our country PayPal account opening rules are not in place Why is there no plug sir? Please tell me please

Paypal is not available or supported in Bangladesh unfortunately and you can't use another countries paypal account as it would never work for you.
