Exceeded amount limit or frequency

I am trying to send money from Patreon to my Paypal Account they reported the issue is with Paypal.  The error is this one 

Exceeded amount limit or frequency

Do you know how to fix this?

Please note that all PayPal accounts are initially ‘Unverified’ and will have transactional limits. In this case, you can have your PayPal account verified by linking financials. Also, kindly check your resolution center to see if you have received any notification about this issue.
