Hi,
I upgraded my account to business but I didn't know that I needed a company to do that and now I'm stuck and I can't do anything on my paypal account. The only way to downgrade an account i finded on the forum is to call customer service but I can't talk on the phone because I'm mute. (I don't know how to say that in english but i can't talk) I will be very grateful if we can do this by email.
Please consider my request, I have some money left on my account and I want to continue to use your services but I'm stuck.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
