Hello. I've tried to contact paypal through phone but they always hang up so i try to contact them via email but the automated bot always shows up. When he asks me if he could have helped me i choose "no, i need more help" and then it automatically closes the conversation and won't let me contact customer support in any way possible. What do i have to do now? Thanks

Well its not getting resolved 'here' as you have not asked us a question we can help you with so if you don't want our help...
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Hi.
Is there a phone number i can call in India to talk to someone? I am trying an onlibe transaction and it keeps saying Paypal service unavailable.

I've been trying to contact paypal for at least two weeks now. And i don't know what to do. I click on "contact us" and though some extra clicks i arrive at the messaging board.
But there seems to be an error. Everytime I start a new message, i type it send it - and 1 second later, it dissapears and I get the message that "the message board is now unavailable" ... if i try again, og wait to another day, the same thing happens. No options for any other way of contacting through email or such things. sooooo.... now what?
Is this the way to contact them?
I have tried to find a solution for my problem though their help senter, but it needs to be fixed "from the inside" in a way.. so there's not much I can do if I'm unable to let them know. ...

Turnes out, randomly, one of my first messages got through randomly, and got answered two weeks later. There was just no indication to me that the message got sent or would be up for "evaluation" in any way. I'm happy to say they're now working on the solution 😄
(tracking down a lost payment without reference-code. That's why i thought it would be hard for the form to help)
This is probably not super interesting to you, but in case anyone with the same problem sees this, maybe it helps.

How do you sent personal message from Facebook? I tried and all I get is some bot replying.
