Create a business paypal account through Estonian eRecidancy

Hello, I'm from sri lanka and i recently got my Estonian eRecidancy. Then I registered a business in estonia (without visiting the country)through a company call xolo. Now I have a business address in estonia and a business registration number. Can I open a PayPal business account using those information?

Sadly not because paypal is not supported for you to receive funds in Sri Lanka.

I already have an EU bank account that I can connect to my PayPal (if PayPal lets me create a business account). What I need to clarify is, whether I can open a business PayPal account with my new Estonian business address and business information.

No because you live in Sri Lanka where receiving paypal funds is NOT SUPPORTED.
