Changing your account phone number when abroad

I can’t understand what the problem is with changing my contact phone number whilst I am living abroad to enable me to login to my UK a account !

I am sorry to hear that you have problem changing phone number. Please note that when you move to a new country, you need to close your PayPal account and open a new account with your new address. Here is how to change the phone number on your account. If you are facing any issues again, I suggest you contact our PayPal customer support directly.
